Process

  1. Customer contact
In the initial contact we will discuss with you briefly the scope of the project and possible timelines.
  2. Meeting with customer
We'll agree to meet you at the job site to review the project in more detail to review any drawings you may have, material specifications and answer any questions you may have about your project.
  3. Job Budget
From our on-site meeting we will prepare a job budget including costs of optional materials and processes you will want to consider.
  4. Quote
Once you have decided on all the details we will provide you with a written quote.
  5. Job Preparation
Sometimes clients find this part of the process a bit frustrating as they have done all their work and nothing seems to be happening. In fact, careful preparation in the obtaining the correct permits and ordering the materials will save time and money in the long run. The final phase of the job preparation will include any demolition that is required before bringing materials on site.
  6. Deposit for materials
When the materials are ready to be delivered to the jobsite we require a 75% deposit on the materials quote.
  7. Work
Often considered the most rewarding phase on any project as you can see your dream actually taking shape.
  8. Customer Inspection
Before any job is complete you must be satisfied with the work. Customer inspections may be required throughout the project, and a final inspection of the project will ensure that the contracted work is complete.
  9. Final Payment
Once the final inspection is complete final payment is due within 15 days.
